THE INTRODUCTION
Understand the business.
We begin with a conversation about the business, current bookkeeping arrangements, systems, transaction volume and immediate concerns. This is the point to discuss what is working and what needs attention.
HOW WE WORK
Before any monthly routine can work properly, the responsibilities, records and expectations must be understood on both sides.

THE INTRODUCTION
We begin with a conversation about the business, current bookkeeping arrangements, systems, transaction volume and immediate concerns. This is the point to discuss what is working and what needs attention.
THE AGREEMENT
We agree on the service scope, the records to be provided, who approves transactions, how questions are handled, the reporting timetable and fees. If specialized local compliance work is needed, that is identified separately.
THE MONTHLY ROUTINE
Transactions are recorded, accounts are reviewed and differences are followed up with the relevant supporting information. We do not treat a reconciled figure as a substitute for investigating an unexplained balance.
THE REVIEW
Where included in the engagement, monthly financial statements and supporting information are prepared for review. Questions, missing information and unresolved matters are communicated rather than hidden in the numbers.
INFORMATION & CONFIDENTIALITY
We establish suitable ways to share records and manage access for each engagement. Clients should avoid sending passwords, bank login credentials or sensitive financial documents through the public website contact form.
The first message only needs enough information for us to understand the inquiry. We can discuss appropriate arrangements for records once the scope is clear.
